IF, IHC-Fr, Inhib, IP
This ZR3 antibody has been reported in applications of IF, IHC.
For immunostaining, the recommended dilution is 1:20-1:100.The reported incubation condition is 60min at room temperature.
For immunoprecipitation, the tested dilution is 1:1000. In addition, this antibody also can be used for inhibition assay with an assay dependent concentration.
It's not suitable for western blot. It's recommended that the optimal antibody concentration, dilution, incubation time etc. are best to be carefully titrated and determined by the end user.

Acetylcholinesterase (HGNC symbol ACHE), also known as AChE or acetylhydrolase, is the primary cholinesterase in the body. catalyzes the hydrolysis of acetylcholine to choline and acetate; plays a role in neuronal development and synapse formation. It is an enzyme that catalyzes the breakdown of acetylcholine and of some other choline esters that function as neurotransmitters. AChE is found at mainly neuromuscular junctions and in chemical synapses of the cholinergic type, where its activity serves to terminate synaptic transmission. It belongs to carboxylesterase family of enzymes. It is the primary target of inhibition by organophosphorus compounds such as nerve agents and pesticides.
