NANOGP1

NANOG is a transcription factor that is involved in the self-renewal of embryonic stem cells (ES) and is a critical factor for the maintenance of the undifferentiated state of pluripotent cells. NANOGP1 (nanog homeobox) locus, which is a neighbour of NANOG, have been detected in hESCs and hiPSCs.
