Thoroughly dry the glass slide and block the array surface to prevent non-specific binding.
Incubate the array with both samples and standards.
Incubate with a biotinylated detection antibody cocktail and then with streptavidin-conjugated fluorescent dye.
Carefully disassemble the glass slide and scan the slide using a gene microarray laser scanner.
Conduct densitometric analysis.
