Basic Information

Immunogen
Recognizes aa17-181 of human tetranectin monomer. Epitope specificity is shared with clone 6F193, as determined by inhibition ELISA. Reacts poorly with tetranectin (TN) in sandwich ELISA in combination with a Pab against tetranectin. In Western Blot reacts strongly with TN monomer. Especially good as detecting antibody in combination with clone 6F216 in sandwich ELISA. Strong recognition of tetranectin in immunohistochemistry on both fresh frozen and paraffin-embedded tissues

Full Name
C-Type Lectin Domain Family 3 Member B
Introduction
CLEC3B (C-Type Lectin Domain Family 3 Member B) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases related to CLEC3B include Ovarian Cancer. Among its related pathways are Response to elevated platelet cytosolic Ca2+. Gene Ontology (GO) annotations related to CLEC3B include calcium ion binding and heparin binding. An important paralog of CLEC3B is CLEC3A.
