PTP10D

Protein tyrosine phosphatase 10D (Ptp10D) is a transmembrane receptor tyrosine phosphatase closely related to Ptp4E. Ptp4E-Ptp10D double mutants have lethal respiratory defects. The protein may have a role in axon outgrowth and guidance. Ptp10D regulates signaling through the Egfr, btl and Pvr receptor tyrosine kinases, and binds to sas to regulate its signaling in glia.
