Basic Information
For IF, the recommended dilution is 1:100-1:1000.
For IHC, the recommended dilution is 1:50.
For flow cytometry, the ideal concentration is 1µg for 10^6 cells.
For IP and ELISA, please use at an specific assay dependent concentration.
It's not applicable for western blot. It's recommended that the optimal antibody concentration, dilution, incubation time etc. are to be determined by the end user.
The COA includes recommended starting dilutions, optimal dilutions should be determined by the end user.
