ZMYND8 (Zinc Finger MYND-Type Containing 8) is a Protein Coding gene encodes a receptor for activated C-kinase (RACK) protein. The encoded protein has been shown to bind in vitro to activated protein kinase C beta I. In addition, this protein is a cutaneous T-cell lymphoma-associated antigen. Diseases associated with ZMYND8 include Cutaneous T Cell Lymphoma. Among its related pathways are Integrated Breast Cancer Pathway.

May act as a transcriptional corepressor for KDM5D. Required for KDM5D-mediated down-regulation of diverse metastasis-associated genes; the function seems to involve the recognition of the dual histone signature H3K4me1-H3K14ac. Suppresses prostate cancer cell invasion.
