Human Glycosylation Antibody Array (Glass Slide, 493 Targets) (Y0179) (AbAr-0179-YC)

Antibody array is a specific form of protein microarray. In this technology, capture antibodies spotted on membranes or glass slide bind to specific target proteins present in the sample. Captured proteins are visualized using chemiluminescent or Laser Scanner. The signal produced is proportional to the amount of analyte bound. The Human Glycosylation Antibody Array can be used for the simultaneous detection of the glycosylation protein profile of 493 human proteins in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell/tissue lysates or other body fluids.
