What are the recommended dilutions for this antibody in different applications?

What is the molecular weight of ADAM23, and why might I see a different size on my Western blot?

The predicted molecular weight of Mouse ADAM23 is approximately 105 kDa. However, you may observe a different size on your Western blot due to post-translational modifications such as glycosylation or phosphorylation, which can increase the molecular weight. Additionally, alternative splicing or protein degradation can also affect the observed band size.
