Aven Amino Acid Sequence and Expression Profiles.
(A) Underlined amino acids correspond to two peptides in the predicted sequence of Aven that were used to generate rabbit polyclonal anti-Aven antibodies.
(B) Northern blot analysis of multiple tissue blots.
(C) Northern blot analysis of poly(A)+ RNA isolated from the indicated cell lines.
(D) Cell lysates prepared from 7.5 × 105 HeLa cells/lane were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with preimmune or postimmune antisera prepared from the N-terminal peptide (anti-Aven-a) or C-terminal peptide (anti-Aven-b).
