Immunodeficiency 20 (IMD20):
A rare autosomal recessive primary immunodeficiency characterized by functional deficiency of NK cells. Affected individuals typically present with severe herpes viral infections, particularly Epstein Barr virus (EBV), and human papillomavirus (HPV).
